USA Niagara Development Corporation ("USAN"), a subsidiary of the New York State Urban Development Corporation d/b/a the Empire State Development Corporation ("ESDC") is seeking proposals from law firms to represent USAN in connection with real estate projects pursued by USAN in Niagara Falls, New York. Firms must have substantial, demonstrable experience in major real estate projects in Western New York, including expertise in real estate and land use, environmental law and litigation.
