RFEI - Redevelopment of Third and Niagara Street Site
The City of Niagara Falls and the USA Niagara Development Corporation (USAN), a subsidiary of the NYS Urban Development Corporation d/b/a Empire State Development Corporation (ESDC), pursuant to a Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI), seeks statements of interest and qualifications from development companies and/or teams with experience in urban mixed-use development projects. The opportunity is for development of a 3.3-acre vacant, city-owned parcel at the south-west corner of Third and Niagara Streets in the downtown section of the City of Niagara Falls, New York. Submission of a statement of interest and qualifications is a pre-requisite to participating on any future Request for Proposal (RFP) for this project. A pre-response conference to obtain information on the RFEI will be held on May 1, 2006, 2:00 PM at the Conference Center Niagara Falls, 101 Old Falls Street, Niagara Falls.
