Request For Expressions of Interests (RFEI) - Vacant Land Parcels Environmental Services
USA Niagara Development Corp. seeks Request for Proposals (''RFP'') from entities qualified to perform environmental quality analysis on vacant land parcels situated in downtown Niagara Falls, NY. Scope of work will include; Phase I review of property usage; compilation of data; and preparation of SEQRA and related regulatory compliance documents . All submittals must contain statements of professional accreditations and credentials for principals, prior work history for SEQRA related projects in New York State, references for assignments completed within the year 2003, qualifications and proposed fee structure for all engaged positions. Performance of a Phase II environmental survey, preparation of clean-up specifications and monitoring may be subsequently required in addition to the services described above.
