Request For Proposals (RFP) - Transformer Removal and Disposal
USA Niagara seeks proposals to disconnect and remove seven (7) oil filled transformers from the basement of the United Office Building located at 220 Rainbow Boulevard North, Niagara Falls, NY. Requirements: State and Federal Regulations will apply for removal of transformer oil. Contamination to be determined by others. Subcontracting Provisions: ESDC's non-discrimination and affirmative action policy will apply to this contract.
